Delete your online data

Owlogic has no accounts: there is no name, e-mail address or password to delete. What the server holds is an anonymous player, your solve times and your place in any Parliament. You can delete all of it at any time.

From the app

1. Open Profile, then the gear for Settings.
2. Under Online, choose Delete my online data.
3. Confirm. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

Your progress on the phone stays as it is. To stop sending anything from then on, also turn Online features off.

If you no longer have the app

Reinstall Owlogic on the same Google account: Android restores your progress, and your anonymous player with it, so you can delete from Settings as above. If that isn't possible, write to support@norvane-studio.com with your owl's name and the code of any Parliament you were in, and we will find and delete it.

What is deleted

Your anonymous player, your owl's name, every solve time, and your membership of every Parliament; a Parliament left with no members is deleted too. It is removed from the live database at once and from backups within six months.
